Privacy policy
This policy explains what information the mobile game Ouch! Doctor ("the app"), published by HYB Falcon ("we"), collects, why, and the choices you have. The app has no user accounts and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (level, coins, boosters, streaks and your patient's look) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To decide which ad to show, AdMob runs an auction in which these partner networks may also bid: Unity Ads, Mintegral, Liftoff (Vungle), Pangle, Meta Audience Network, InMobi and Digital Turbine (DT Exchange). Google and these partners may collect and process:
- device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or the Apple IDFA (only with your permission on iOS), and an app-specific identifier;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- information about the ads you see and interact with.
They use this to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you have agreed, personalise ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent first and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy options the app provides. On iOS, the app asks for permission before any tracking. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played so we can improve it: for example which levels are completed or failed, how long sessions last, and whether players come back. This uses an app-instance identifier, device and app information and approximate location, and is not linked to your name or contact details. See Firebase's privacy information.
We advertise the game on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads lead to installs, the Android app uses the Meta SDK to tell Meta when the app is installed and opened, along with your advertising ID and device and app information. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this only happens if you allow it in the consent message. See Meta's privacy policy.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought so the game can deliver it. We never see your payment details.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we hold no account data, most requests are handled by the ad and analytics partners above; contact us and we will help, including with deleting analytics data linked to your app instance.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
